Since 1896 Fencing is a Olympic Sport. Combat sport in which two opponents fight with a foil, epee, or saber. It is a sport of speed, flexibility, coordination, reflexes and tactics. Strength, concentration, a sense of observation, perseverance, and self control are skills essential to fencers. Athletes must have good respiratory and cardiovascular systems, and be able to recover easily, as fencing involves a series of intense exertions. As a general rule, high ranking fencers specialize in a single weapon.

Adult fencing - Fencing can be enjoyed over the entire lifetime. Is never to late to learn fencing

Children fencing - 6 years old and up

Middle and High School - beginners, intermediate and advanced level > WELCOME <

All weapons have a flexible steel blade and foils and epees have a button at the end, a hilt by which to hold the weapon, and a guard. The outfits used in fencing are designed mainly for safety. They must not impede freedom of movement. White is the most common color. The outfit consist of the mask, body wire(signaling system), glows, jacket, knickers and stockings.
